Las (nuevas) guerrillas informacionales latinoamericanas

Abstract

Desde la década del 90, en Latinoamérica se configuró un nuevo ciclo político que no solo estuvo relacionado con el estancamiento del consenso de Washington y el debilitamiento estatal sino fundamentalmente con las nuevas estructuras en el campo informacional. Es entonces que se instaló en la región, una novedosa conflictividad que va más allá de la geopolítica, la económica y la informacional; en continuidad con las guerras mediáticas, se han iniciado las nuevas guerrillas informacionales.

Since the 1990s, a new political cycle was configured in Latin America that was not only related to the stagnation of the Washington consensus and the weakening of the state, but fundamentally to the new structures in the information field.
