Antecedentes de la creación de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Buenos Aires

Abstract

Se realizará un estudio de los antecedentes que existieron hasta el año 1821 en que se creó la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Dicho estudio irá acompañado de un contexto socio histórico que nos servirán para comprender las dinámicas que confluyeron para su creación y los primeros ejes normativos que la rigieron.

A study will be carried out of the antecedents that existed until the year 1821 when the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires was created. This study will be accompanied by a socio-historical context that will help us understand the dynamics that came together for its creation and the first regulatory axes that governed it.
