Ser joven, leer y escribir para contar

Abstract

Durante los meses de febrero y marzo de cada año, la noticia que ocupa los primeros puestos en el ranking de la agenda de los medios es la Universidad y los jóvenes estudiantes que eligieron su carrera universitaria y se enfrentan a los tan <i>temibles</i> cursos de ingresos. Sus primeros días de inserción universitaria se ven signados por lo que dicen los medios, lo que escuchan de los adultos, lo que afirman los profesores. Los chicos, con igual incertidumbre, se enfrentan a lo <i>tan aterrador</i> que todos presagian. Ahora bien, las preguntas son: ¿cuáles son las representaciones que tienen los jóvenes acerca de lo que es leer y escribir en la Universidad?, ¿cómo son esos jóvenes?, ¿cómo se ven frente a ese aterrador escenario que son los Estudios Superiores?, ¿qué pasa con estos jóvenes en la zona de pasaje de la Secundaria a la Universidad y los ingresantes a ella?, ¿cuál es su voz? Este artículo conforma parte del avance de investigación de la tesis doctoral <i>Ser joven, leer y escribir. Las representaciones sociales en torno a las prácticas de lectura y escritura en la zona de pasaje de la Escuela Media a la Universidad</i>, y trata de plantear algunos disparadores para pensar la problemática.

During February and March of each year, the news that has built leading positions in the media agenda ranking is the University and the young students who chose their university career and face the income courses. Their first days at the university insertion is marked by what the media says, what they hear from adults, which teachers say ... the students, with the same uncertainty, faced with what so frightening that all portend. Now the question is which are the representations of young people about what is read and write at the university? How are these youths? How are facing the frightening scenario that is the University? What happens to these young people in the area of passage from high school to the university? Which is their voice? This article is an advance of my Doctoral thesis research <i>Be young, to read and write. Social representations about the practices of reading and writing in the area passage from the High School to the University</i> and it tries to raise some triggers to think the problem.
