Resumen

The growth of astronomical specialties between 1919 and 1965 is shown within the framework of a previous methodological work. For that time interval the author describes: 1) The growth of specialties in the world. 2) Its reflex in the I.A.U. 3) Its reflex in the “Boletin” of the A.A.A. 4) Its reflex in the “Revista Astronómica”. 5) The growth of specialties in Argentina. 6) The situation of optical instruments.
